Detroit

John K. King Books
The biggest bookstore I have ever seen.
"one of the largest and strangest collections in North America"
Michigan Central Station
Probably the most famous part of the Detroit ruins. At the time of its construction in 1914, it was the tallest rail station in the world. Abandoned now, although some investors are trying to restore it to its former glory (already has new windows as you can see).
Detroit Ruins
We saw these two houses in an area where a lot of construction is going on. Anyone interested in a fixer upper?
Obligatory selfie
Took a quick snap after breakfast at Bobcat Bonnie's.
 The belt
Found this little alley called the Belt in downtown Detroit with a lot of nice street art!

 The Z Lot
Parking garage next to the belt with street art from different artists on each level. Bonus: view of downtown Detroit!

Detroit Pistons
To finish the weekend we saw the Pistons beat the Phoenix Suns at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
